About your application

MMDF applications are reviewed by the Application Review Committee on a bimonthly basis. Please note the following intake deadlines:

  • November 8, 2022 at 11:59 pm (cst)
  • January 3, 2023 at 11:59 pm (cst)
  • March 7, 2023 at 11:59 pm (cst)
  • May 2, 2023 at 11:59 pm (cst)
  • September 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm (cst)
  • November 7, 2023 at 11:59 pm (cst)

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Typically, applicants will be notified within 12 to 14 weeks of the application being submitted. Please check  Program Guidelines for intake deadlines

Once an application for funding is approved, a contribution agreement will be entered into between the recipient and the MMDF. The agreement sets out terms and conditions for funding in accordance with Treasury Board’s Policy on Transfer Payments. Failure to meet these terms set out in the contribution may result in non-payment and/or reimbursement of payments made.
