MMDF is providing the Thompson Community Development Corporation $100,000 towards the Thompson Winter Weather Testing Centre of Excellence. The funds will be used for a feasibility study and business plan to establish a winter weather testing centre campus.
Uptown Emporium
MMDF is providing Uptown Emporium $50,000 for the development of the ImagiNorthern Strategy. Uptown Emporium will use the funds to complete their data collection phase in order to sustainably implement their business model throughout the north.
City of Flin Flon
MMDF is providing $98,000 to the City of Flin Flon for the development of a Regional Investment Attraction Toolkit. This toolkit will include marketable profiles, priority industries and business cases to expedite investment in the region.
Rockcliff Metals Corp
MMDF is providing $300,000 towards Rockcliff Metals Corp. to advance their 2021 Snow Lake regional exploration program involving the Tower Property and Rail Property.

Sayisi Dene First Nation
MMDF is providing $85,000 for Sayisi Dene First Nation to complete a feasibility study for a renewable energy project. This project involves adding a fixed solar array, microgrid, & battery storage to the site's existing diesel generator to reduce the burning of carbon-based fuels.
New Age Metals
The MMDF is providing $46,000 towards new drone technology used for New Age Metal's exploration projects in southeastern Manitoba. This will allow exploration at Lithium Two, Lithium West, & Cat Lake Lithium to be done more efficiently.
BWR Exploration Inc.
MMDF is providing $300,000 over three years to BWR Exploration for its Little Stull Lake Gold Project. Upon receiving the grant, the funds will be used directly to prepare Little Stull Lake for the arrival of the 2021 exploration crew. The approval of funds is conditional upon the completion of consultations with the community and the discussion of partnership opportunities with Manto Sipi Cree Nation.
Big Ridge Gold Corp.
Big Ridge Gold Corp. is completing an archaeological study for their Oxford Lake Project. The project is located MMDF is providing $50,000 towards this study.
Thompson Community Development Corporation
MMDF is providing $115,000 to Thompson Community Development Corporation to support the development of an organization's business plan and to pursue income-generating projects within the organization to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
Snow Lake Resources Ltd.
MMDF is providing $62,000 for new drone technology that will help advance Snow Lake Resources Ltd.'s exploration. As part of their Thompson Brothers (Lithium) project, they are advancing exploration activities and planning development.
Potash & Agri-Development Corp. of Manitoba
MMDF is providing $300,000 towards the project of Potash and Agri-Development Corporation of Manitoba (PADCOM), which is constructing a Selective Solution Potash Mine in southwest Manitoba near the community of Harrowby.
New Age Metals Inc.
MMDF is providing $33,250 towards the project of New Age Metals Inc. that will train and hire people from Sagkeeng First Nation to conduct field work in the Greer Lake area. Twohearts Foundation, a local organization from Sagkeeng First Nation, will facilitate the crew training and management.
Community Futures North Central Development
MMDF is providing $84,172 to Community Futures North Central Development to install six (6) level 3 (L3) charging stations for electric vehicles on PTH 10 and PTH 6. This project is in partnership with Natural Resources Canada, CEDF, City of Thompson, Thompson Chamber of Commerce, Town of The Pas, and Misipawistik Cree Nation.
FAR Resources Inc.
MMDF is providing $300,000 to support exploration activities at the Jean Lake and Zoro Lithium sites located in the Snow Lake area. Funding from MMDF will support early exploration activities within the Jean Lake properties and a winter drill program within the Zoro Lithium properties.
1911 Gold Corp.
MMDF is providing $300,000 towards 1911 Gold’s 2021/22 Regional Exploration Program in southeast Manitoba. The project involves exploration of the Company’s mineral dispositions extending east from Manigotagan to Beresford Lake. Funding from MMDF would go towards bedrock geological mapping, prospecting, rock geochemical sampling and surficial geochemistry in the designated areas.

Norway House Cree Nation
MMDF is contributing $300,000 towards the project led by Norway House Cree nation along with Rockcliff Metal Corp., Victory Nickel Inc., & Cyr Drilling International to purchase a mining camp for the purpose of renting the facilities & equipment to mineral exploration companies.
Wolfden Resources Corp.
MMDF is providing $230,000 (highlight amount with a color) towards Wolfden Resources’ Rice Island Project located in the Snow Lake area. The Funds will go towards expanding the program & advancing exploration efforts at this site.
Marcel Colomb First Nation & Lynn Lake Airport Inc.
MMDF has provided $50,000 to Marcel Colomb First Nation to develop a business plan & to investigate legal processes for transforming Lynn Lake Airport into an urban reserve and regional training center.
Arctic Gold Honey
MMDF is providing $83,250 to Arctic Gold Honey for a business expansion project aimed at increasing sales and distribution of raw honey as well as adding haskap berries to their product array.
CanAlaska Uranium Ltd.
MMDF is providing $23,820 towards completing an aerial geophysical survey at CanAlaska Uranium's Resting Lake property. The MMDF grant will be primarily used to complete the survey, with the remainder allocated to lodging.
Island Lake Tribal Council
MMDF is providing $20,000 towards a project of Island Lakes Tribal Council that is organizing a mining services organization that will handle joint ventures, legal agreements, & capacity-building plans for mineral exploration & development projects.
Callinex Mines Inc.
MMDF is providing $300,000 to Callinex Mines Inc. to help with the expansion of their 2020/2021 drill program for the Pine Bay project located just 16 km from Flin Flon.
Marcel Colomb First Nation
MMDF is providing $30,000 towards the project of Marcel Colomb First Nation, a partnership with Alamos Gold Inc, which involves youth in the community learning how to build a cabin and create a trail connecting Chepil Lake on the north side of Black Sturgeon Reserve.

MMDF contributed $15,500 to 7268425 Manitoba Ltd. for early exploration work at their site located about 50km south of Prawda, Manitoba. The project involved field work such as soil sampling, geo-mapping, and drone surveying within the area.
